Actively growing culture on suitable medium in sealed agar plate or slant. |

Most commonly isolated yeast species with pathogenic potential are Candida and Cryptococcus. A processing fee will be billed for all organisms submitted that are not in pure culture, as indicated under Unacceptable Conditions. |
