| February: Representative David Jacoby introduces Abby Walling (seated) and Megan Mekoli, Ph.D., to the view of the House Chamber. Walling is an Iowa City West High School junior who worked with State Hygienic staff on a national award-winning project. Mekoli is a former Environmental Fellow who investigated levels of arsenic in water and other matrices. |
