The Hygienic
Lab's internship program reached a new high in the summer of 2010 with a total
of 12 students assigned to the Coralville, Ankeny and Lakeside Laboratory
locations. This number is an indication of the many learning opportunities the
Lab provides for students. Since the internship formally began in 2007, the Lab
has hosted interns from every corner of the state, and in some cases, from other
states, too.
