ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE
The Division of Administration and Finance is responsible for the management of the business practices, the facilities, and the pre- and post-analytic processes related to laboratory testing. Business management for the laboratory is centralized in the Coralville laboratory facility. Staff that oversee the pre- and post- analytical processes are located in the Coralville, Ankeny and Milford laboratories.
Glassware
The Glassware sections in Coralville and Ankeny clean (and sterilize if required) various glassware, instruments and equipment for all laboratories. These items are retrieved, cleaned, processed, sorted and delivered back to their respective labs.	Up to 3,000 pieces of glassware may be cleaned per day. Glassware personnel also are responsible for removing autoclaved waste from laboratory areas and the proper handling of this waste for removal.
